Jay Hargrave worked with McGarrah Jessee, an Austin based marketing firm to develop a strategy for branding Frost facilities. Extensive research and interviewing led to an understanding of how customers and employees would use and react to different relationships of space and materials.
After completing the Frost Financial Center standards book, we were commissioned to produce a design and construction documents for the market area facilities. The buildings would function as the flagship branch for each market. Jay Hargrave architecture built three of these facilities before selling an unlimited license for design and construction documents.
